The lectures are designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who aim to acquire and grow an established company, for family offices and investors who want to invest directly in a SME, for managers who want to start their own business, and for investors interested in the Search Fund model.
The aim of the lectures is to prepare participants for the challenges of this activity, with a focus on identifying an Italian SME and on the process leading to the closing of the deal. Participants will be provided with the theoretical foundations and practical insights needed to create and finance the project, search for a target, and execute the investment.
