The business of buying and selling companies, the so-called M&A, is at its peak, thanks to the low interest rates, the slowdown in the economic cycle and the age of many entrepreneurs.
Despite the volume of transactions, in Italy and Ticino, M & amp; A is still a little debated phenomenon. Entrepreneurs who are preparing to acquire or dispose of businesses sometimes fail to consider the impact these extraordinary activities can bring to their organizations. The CFO, Chief Financial Officer, in particular is under severe pressure and his possible emotional drops can negatively affect the project.
It is therefore useful for the managers of the Administration and Finance areas to be aware of these (relatively) extraordinary events and prepare to manage them effectively.
