WORK EXPERIENCES
Before founding Equity Factory S.A. in 2008, Vito worked as consultant and freelance.
In 2014 he managed an aggregation project between travel agency networks, while in December 2013 he completed a period of 16 months of temporary management during which he assisted BM Group S.p.A. in a critical transition phase.
In 2009 he completed a three-year collaboration with Value Partners Group during which, as internal auditor and member of the supervisory body, he dealt with due diligence, business analysis, business planning, business process mapping, risk assessment of the internal control system and business plan review.
In his work experience, Vito assisted CEOs in the management of integration projects, development through M&A, control and monitoring of foreign subsidiaries (Giochi Preziosi from 2001 to 2003) and worked as senior manager of Transaction Services (PricewaterhouseCoopers Milan from 2000 to 2001 and London from 1998 to 2000), Head of Internal Audit (Banco Ambrosiano Veneto in London, from 1995 to 1998) and Senior Auditor (Coopers & Lybrand from 1991 to 1994).

Vito has held several management courses for Il Sole 24 Ore and Connor’s Management Training mainly on internal auditing, management control systems, IPOs and strategic peculiarities of travel agencies.
He loves and practices competitive cycling at an amateur level by participating in important cross-country competitions including Paris-Roubaix, Milan-Sanremo and L’Eroica. He has also been a triathlete (London and Windsor Triathlon), and has taken part in the London Marathon (1996, 1997 and 1998).

Currently president of Equity Factory, he began his professional activity in 1990 gaining, among other things, experience as a consultant (PICF from 2006 to 2007), investment manager of a pan-European private equity fund (Argos Soditic, 2005), senior manager of Transaction Services (PricewaterhouseCoopers, from 2000 to 2005), officer for the commercial banking division (Banca Popolare Commercio Industria from 1994 to 2000).

He has taught in various Masters in commercial banking and finance (LIUC, Politecnico di Milano, Il Sole 24 Ore, Ifoa and Profingest), as well as in courses and seminars organized by prestigious business schools (Il Sole 24 Ore, IIR, LRA – Reed Elsevier , Business International, IR Top, SDA Bocconi, Apco, ISTUD, IFAF, Confindustria, Assolombarda and CEFOR). He has edited three books for Il Sole 24 Ore (Manual of due diligence, 2004) and Ipsoa (Corporate Finance, 2002, and Mergers and Acquisitions, 2000) and is the author of numerous articles for Il Sole 24 Ore, International M&A Review, Innovate, Administration & Finance and The Warning.
He was part of the CONSOB register for credit brokers and posseses thousands of LinkedIn contacts.
As a diving instructor, Guidalberto deals with an amateur diving group, organizes courses and events to raise awareness on environmental issues (also with record holder Gianluca Genoni) and is an expert in recreational diving in fresh water.

Stefano started his professional career in 2004 in Deloitte Financial Services, continuing his activity, from 2007 to 2010, in the “Deals” division of PwC Advisory.
In 2010, as a founding partner, Stefano joined Virgilio Finance Advisory, a consulting company based in Milan mainly focused on restructuring company valuations. He joined Equity Factory in 2014, mainly dealing with M&A sell and buy side processes and corporate finance activities in support to operations.

Enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors, Stefano is passionate about innovation and impact investing and holds the roles of both Vice-President of Angels4Impact and member of the advisory board of the Social Innovation Monitor.

WORK EXPERIENCES
Manuel began his work experience in the Marche region at Consulgroup, mainly dealing with projects for the implementation of management control and industrial accounting systems.
In January 2007 he joined PwC’s “Deals” division in Milan with the role of Executive, where he dealt with Financial Due Diligence, buy-side and sell-side, and with post-acquisition integration projects.
Since July 2010 he has been at Accuracy, in the role of Director, where he follows corporate finance projects ranging from financial due diligence, to the preparation of business plans and finally to restructuring plans in bonis and/or with access to the procedures envisaged by the bankruptcy law. He is also engaged in financial analysis to support national and international legal disputes.
For Accuracy, from November 2014 to December 2015, he also held the role of interim CFO at Zeis Excelsa S.p.A., one of the leading footwear manufacturers in the Marche region, a company owned by the Fondo Italiano di Investimento (later Neuberger Bergmann), of which he became general manager in January 2016.
In November 2017 he founded Driver RE & Consulting S.r.l., a company specializing in corporate finance and extraordinary transactions, with a focus on SMEs. He’s now playing the role of independent director in various companies (renewable energies, start-ups, etc.).
OTHER INFORMATION
Enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors, Manuel is very passionate about motors and sports: he plays golf and follows basketball, for which he has also been appointed as publicist by various national newspapers.
