Equity Factory assisted the shareholders of SKA S.r.l. and Meneghin S.r.l. in the sale of a majority stake to Industry 4.0 Fund, an investment vehicle of Quadrivio Group.
Based in Sandrigo (VI) and Povegliano (TV) respectively, the two companies produce and manufacture innovative systems and equipment for the poultry and rabbit industry.
In the transaction Quadrivio was assisted, in relation to all legal aspects, by Studio Legale Pedersoli.
The accounting and tax aspects of the transaction were handled on behalf of the purchaser by Russo De Rosa Associati.
The SKA shareholders were assisted by Equity Factory, with a team composed by Stefano Marsilii and Filippo Montresor, as financial advisors, and by Studio Legale Legance, with a team composed by Achille Calio Marincola and Cristina Marani, for the legal and contractual aspects of the transaction.
