Equity Factory assisted the shareholders of Resintex Industriale S.r.l. in the sale to Tenowo GmbH, a company of Hoftex Group AG.
Resintex is a company specialized in the production and distribution of non-woven fabric for clothing and medical applications. Until now a family-run company, Resintex counts on a staff of 30 employees.
The integration of Resintex into the Tenowo group creates the framework to optimally combine the technical and development skills of both companies and allows for the expansion and marketing of the Resintex product portfolio.
