Equity Factory is the financial advisor in the sale of 100% of the shares of Accademia Italiana Arte Moda Design to Ad Education, French education network based in Paris.
Accademia Italiana will still be directed by the architect Vincenzo Giubba, who founded the school in 1984. The deal is part of a project that envisions the expansion of Ad Education offering within the Italian territory.
Already present in Italy through a partnership with Iaad Turin and Bologna, Ad Education counts on 11,300 students, 10 schools and 32 campuses. Accademia Italiana, on the other hand, boasts a body of 800 students.
