Equity Factory as financial advisor in structuring and obtaining of bank financing to support an acquisition plan

Equity Factory, in the person of Stefano Marsilii, supported ItWay S.p.A. in the structuring and obtaining a bank financing of 5.8 million euro in favor of its subsidiary 4Science S.r.l.

The resources will be allocated to finance the 2022-2026 business plan, to meet both the Company’s working capital needs and growth through internal and external lines.
