Equity Factory advises Simbroker S.r.l. in the co-brokerage agreement and portfolio transfer to AON

Equity Factory has assisted Simbroker S.r.l. – Italian insurance brokerage company with offices in Milan and Genoa – in a co-brokerage and portfolio transfer agreement to AON Italia S.r.l., Italian branch of Aon Plc, the parent company listed on the NYSE and present in more than 120 countries with 50,000 employees.
