Guidalberto is an expert in M & A, private equity and corporate finance. He is also a lecturer in management courses, a writer and a financial journalist.
He has a degree in business administration from the University Bocconi in Milan. Guidalberto speak, English, Italian and French.
Currently President of Equity Factory, Guidalberto began his professional activities in 1990 with a track record including roles such as CEO of PICF Srl (2006-2007), investment director of the European private equity fund Argos Soditic (2005), Senior Manager Transaction Services in PricewaterhouseCoopers (2000-2005), Director for the merchant banking division of Banca Popolare Commercio Industria (1994-2000).
He held teaching appointments in several masters (LIUC, Politecnico di Milano, Il Sole 24 Ore, Ifoa and Profingest), as well as in courses and seminars organized by renowned business schools (Il Sole 24 Ore, IIR, LRA - Reed Elsevier, International Business, Top IR, SDA Bocconi, Apco, ISTUD, IFAF, Confindustria, and Assolombarda). He edited three books for Il Sole 24 Ore (Due diligence handbook, 2004) and IPSOA (Corporate Finance, 2002, Mergers and Acquisitions, 2000) and is the author of numerous articles for Il Sole 24 Ore, International M&A Review, Innovare, Wolter Kluvers and other publishers.

As a scuba diving instructor, Guidalberto manages a diving centre in Northern Italy and organizes events (even with the free diving record man Gianluca Genoni) with the aim of increasing the awareness about environmental issues relating to fresh waters.
