    Se tra i soci arriva il momento della "pausa di riflessione"

    Disagreements between shareholders are frequent and often have deleterious consequences for the company. Even when the business is successful, the conflict is just around the corner. According to Harvard Business Review, the clash between different personalities is the spring that leads to degenerate relationships between members. Although this reaction and dangerous conflict is known, SMEs rarely provide tools to compose internal frictions in bonis. In this regard, the article suggests some possible operating methods. When divorce becomes inevitable, some solutions can be used (reciprocal put and call options, Russian roulette, Texas shootout, Mexican shootout….): The piece also mentions these instruments.
